Here are some answers to your questions about how to return and/or exchange your GG Method purchase/s.
SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC & PROTESTS ACROSS THE U.S.
Your delivery may be delayed because some areas are experiencing delays in transit and delivery due to carrier restrictions put in place as a result of COVID-19. As a result of protests across the United States, local restrictions and curfews in certain areas may also cause unavoidable service delays. We offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused by these delays. We’ll send confirmation and tracking information when your order is released from shipping delays as described above. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work diligently to move orders through these shipping restrictions and transit delays.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm PST and excludes U.S. Federal Holidays and weekends. All orders are subject to approval. We will contact you if needed. Please note we are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout and cannot change the address after order has shipped from our facilities. Shipping Fees are non-refundable. This applies for returns and any failed delivery from the carrier. Orders will ship from our California. Depending on stock availability and speed of delivery.
CUSTOMS, VAT, INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
The GG Method does not accept liability for Taxes, VAT, Duty or any other import tax to your country. Taxes, VAT, Duty or any other import tax to your country is between your country's Customs Department and you, the customer. We do our best to conform with any and all country import requirements.
Shipping costs are not limited to postage. Shipping costs partially include order processing, packaging, labeling, stock coordination and personnel.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIME - STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY
U.S. ground standard shipping is via USPS, UPS, Fedex or DHL. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, and additional 4-5 business days for delivery. Delivery to APO/FPO, Alaska and Hawaii is via USPS.
RETURNED OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If any package gets returned to us by the carrier there is a reshipping fee of $9.95. This applies for any of the following:
• Packages the Carrier was unable to deliver due to an insufficient address.
• Customer missed 3 delivery attempts.
• Customer failed to pick up package from UPS Access Point or Post Office delivery attempt.
You can initiate an exchange or return within five (5) days from the date your order is delivered as long as the package has NOT been opened or removed from its sealed package. There is a 15% re-stocking fee for all returns. For more details please visit our Return Policies pages. When returning our items make sure that it is shipped in its original packaging (in a box), sent with a reliable shipper and choose request signature upon arrival. If your package was received damaged, email photos of the damage and include the order number. Email should be sent to email@example.com. All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. The packaging and item(s) shipped must not be sent back to the shipper until a claim is complete. If customer does not keep original damaged packaging a new one cannot be resent.
